Observation

5 files viewed, not all staff are current with BBP training and new staff could not be verified they have had the training as their files were not onsite to review. 5 files viewed, not all staff had had food handers training and are not up to date. New staff had no files to view what was added to their merit account as completed, was able to be verified with documents for the department to review. Director does not have a list of staff who has had medication management and who has not had it. Director does not had records/files for new staff to verify which trainings new staff have had.
